Settings: Registration
The <PubML>™™ settings tab allows you to register your subscription and activate your plugin.
Feel free to explore the various tools, enter a book, create footnotes and media links, and even custom text styles. The unregistered <PubML>™™ plugin is fully functional except for a few limitations:
- export an eBook to <PubML>™™ or EPub format
- preview a book inside the <PubML>™™ authoring environment (a dummy preview book will display your custom styles and ornaments.)
- embed a book in a WordPress page or post.
Also on the Settings tab are links to recent posts from The World’s Greatest Book, an award-winning website full of free guidance on subjects like publishing, book design, writing, and typography.
The <PubML>™ Tools and eBook Platform are not the work of a big software company. This suite of tools, eBooks in the web browser, and The Blue Monk, a 420-page web book, were created by a writer like you. Your registration fee covers costs for development and future improvements. To unlock your copy of <PubML>™, please enter the license key provided when you purchased the software.
Note: You can try all the features of <PubML>™ including entering and saving your books without registering. The only features that don't work for unregistered plugins are exporting eBooks and previewing books.
Note: If your <PubML>™ Tools subscription expires, any books exported or embedded before the expiration date will continue to work as before. You will never be forced to resubscribe to keep your eBooks functional.
