Table of Contents
Inside the Table of Contents page, you can drag sections up or down to change their order. You can also drag sections to the right to create a hierarchy of indented listings in the exported table of contents.
Click the pencil icon next to each section to edit that section.
Click the trash can icon next to a section to delete that section.
